By making a booking or participating in any activity, you agree to abide by the following:
 

Payment & Cancellations

• Full payment is required in advance and must be cleared before any session, booking, or tournament play begins.
• We reserve the right to remove any player from a tournament or session if payment has not been received.

Bookings

• To avoid double bookings, only the NMB Padel admin is authorised to share the official sign-up link.
• Please do not forward or distribute booking links independently.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable and will not be credited.
• No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are also non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend, you may arrange for another player to take your place (where applicable), provided the admin is informed in advance.
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times, late arrivals will not receive additional time.

Venue Rules

• All players must follow the rules and regulations of the padel venue where sessions and tournaments take place.
• Any consequences of not following these rules are the responsibility of the player, not NMB Padel.

Conduct & Safety

• Players are expected to behave respectfully towards others, staff, and venue property.
• Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit to play.

Photography & Media

• By participating in NMB Padel sessions, events, or tournaments, you consent to photos and videos being taken and used for promotional or social media purposes.
• If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify the admin in writing before your session or event.

Liability

• NMB Padel is not liable for any losses, injuries, or disruptions caused by cancellations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Players are responsible for their own belongings and equipment.
• Participation is at the player’s own risk.

Acceptance of Terms

• By booking a session, event, or tournament with NMB Padel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
